The programme

Pelvic floor rehabilitation, brought to where men actually are.

Most men don't book a clinic appointment for a pelvic floor problem. They tolerate it, work around it, accept it as ageing. The mobile clinic exists because the chair has to come to them — in the places they already trust.

01

The chair, on the road

The BTL EMSella chair is UKCA-marked, non-invasive, and treats male pelvic floor weakness through high-intensity focused electromagnetic stimulation. 28 minutes, fully clothed, no preparation. We take the chair to your venue. Patients stay where they are.

02

Body composition, on the day

The Tanita MC-580 medical-grade body composition scanner travels with the chair. Free or filtered scans depending on venue tier — muscle mass, visceral fat, metabolic age. Conversation-led, never clinical-feeling.

03

Longevity, when it’s appropriate

For premium venues — hotels, spas, corporate sites, country clubs — we add the longevity stack: Stride blood markers, GlycanAge biological age, methylation testing. Dr Gemma Lewis attends to deliver clinical interpretation in person.

FAQ

Questions venues and patients ask.

What does EMSella actually do?
EMSella delivers around 11,200 supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a 28-minute session, the equivalent of doing perfect Kegels for hours. UKCA-marked, non-invasive, fully clothed, no preparation. UK clinical evidence supports its use for stress urinary incontinence in men and women, post-prostatectomy continence rehabilitation, and post-vasectomy pelvic floor recovery. Framed always as pelvic floor rehabilitation.
Is the mobile clinic CQC-registered?
DoctoriumGP is CQC-registered. The mobile clinic operates as a satellite of the registered clinic at 4 Woburn House, Vernon Gate, Derby. EMSella as a non-invasive, non-surgical modality sits outside the formal CQC-regulated activity envelope; the regulated activity classification applies when Dr Gemma Lewis attends to deliver longevity consultations or any treatment plan that triggers regulated activity. Each hosting venue is added to our Statement of Purpose where required.
What does the venue need to provide?
A flat, accessible space approximately 3m × 4m. A standard 13A mains socket within reach (we carry our own extension and surge protection). Privacy in some form — a back room, a partitioned corner, or our own folding screen. Mention to your audience or members in advance is helpful but not required. We bring everything else.
How long does a session take?
A taster is 5 minutes. A full EMSella treatment is 28 minutes. A Tanita scan is 2 minutes. A premium MOT including consultation, body composition, dermatoscope analysis and treatment booking takes 30–45 minutes. A typical pop-up day delivers 6–10 full sessions and 20–50 scans depending on venue type and footfall.
What does it cost the venue?
Most arrangements are zero-cost to the venue. We bring footfall, content for the venue’s socials, and a value-add for members or customers. Some venues prefer a small space-rental arrangement; some prefer a referral-fee structure on bookings; some prefer a co-funded prize-draw model. The proposal we send is venue-specific.
Is patient data safe at a pop-up venue?
Yes. All lead capture is via a Klaviyo-connected iPad form with explicit GDPR opt-in. No clinical data is stored locally. Health data captured during consultations syncs into the DoctoriumGP CQC-registered clinical system at the home clinic. We do not rely on venue Wi-Fi for sensitive data.
Can men with prostate cancer attend?
Active urological malignancy is an absolute contraindication for EMSella. Men post-radical prostatectomy — cleared by their consultant urologist at six weeks or beyond — are very welcome. We are actively building a referral pathway with UK urology departments. If you are unsure whether you are clinically appropriate, the simplest first step is a 30-minute consultation with Dr Gemma Lewis at the home clinic.
Does the van come to private events?
Yes — corporate wellness days, charity balls, agricultural shows, members’ clubs, retirement villages, sports clubs, weight-loss groups. The model is venue-tier-led, not category-restricted. Tell us what you have in mind.
Is this just for men?
No. Pelvic floor rehabilitation applies to women too — postnatal women, peri- and menopausal women, and any woman experiencing stress urinary incontinence. The men’s longevity site is a sister offering. The mobile clinic serves both audiences depending on the venue and the day.
Ready to book

Tell us where, and when.
